STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

It is my desire to continue my success and employ my experience in the real estate finance field, as well as expand my abilities with a

balance between these career objectives, my family and community involvement.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2/90 to Present        MADISON MORTGAGE COMPANY; Madison, WI

(Formerly Consumer Mortgage Company). As an active partner in this company, I helped attain the necessary approvals from servicing
sources, mortgage insurance companies and governmental agencies.  At the same time, I've continued my loan origination success both in
volume and profitability.  It is my distinct intention to remain with this organization until retirement.

METRO MORTGAGE CO., INC.; Madison, WI

A five person mortgage brokerage firm located on Madison's West side.  1986-1989 production of over 60 loans for about 40 million dollars  My
duties as an independent originator focused on loan origination and customer development as well as corporate direction and philosophy.  My
application-to-closed loan percentage has always exceeded 90%.  During my tenure, I accounted for over 60% of the company's production
and almost 70% of the gross profits.  Declined to exercise my options for ownership to start my own company.

Program, Conventional (including PMI), non-owner occupied, income-producing properties and some large commercial referrals.  Based on
